Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Amazon’s overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics to guide future content decisions and strategies.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the branding team to ensure that the company’s voice and message are consistent across all channels.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Amazon stays ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to promote product launches, sales events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior social media team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and brand awareness through innovative social media campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
